I tried them both and they both worked before i sent them, are you sure? Did u take plastic thing in the left where the adjuster is?

Thats is so weird because i wouldn't have sent it if it didnt work, maybe something happened during shipping or the batterie died??? Do you want to try changing its batterie and we can go from there?
