Currently it has about 2,000 songs, 200 photos, and 6 videos, and still runs outstandingly. It will be wiped clean of all my songs, iTunes info, etc. before being shipped. I probably used it for two months, but after I got my iPhone I really didn't need it anymore, because I don't listen to much music. All the software works great. Only external flaws (scratches on silver backplate). Griffin® iPod case IS included in this listing. Charger and headphones not included. Uses an iPhone 3/4/4S cord.
