emilycsmith @angela1978 yes it does fit true to size! It is a little shorter in the toros than I would like for it to be on me which is why I'm selling. It is machine washable in cold!

emilycsmith @angela1978 no problem! It measure 19in from should to seam. But keep in mine the sweater will expand when worn. I'd say whole it on it's more like 16 to 17 inches, not 19in. I hope that helps!
