lilgibby06 @anavel831 I wanted to offer this to u its up to you ive been fighting with usps which is useless and then i contacted verizon who the phone was through they said since i had insurance on the phone i could pay my deductible n they would send me out a new one with charger. Let me know if ur interested i just have to finish the claim
