catcherchik17 Everyone asking about toms that are new: they are all true to size. You have to dampen then to mold properly to your feet and you must wear them when they are like this so they will do so. Just dampen the fabric part, or wear them when it rains. I thought mine were too small until doing so, and it has worked for my sister and countless other people that I have told to use this method. If you're a 9 buy a 9.,.
