kiaaani808@lgunderson it's suede on the bottom part, underneath the boots is not suede though. The material underneath feels hard. I'm not sure about wet weather though.

kiaaani808@jaemcelroy hi the opening is somewhat adjustable. The tongue part is attached all the way but the opening is pretty roomy so it's easy to put on and take off and you can make the boot tighter with the lacing since it goes all the way up.
