jenamber Hi there. I have tried to notify Poshmark support and find out why this item shows up as cancelled because I was trying to list some items for sale and it won't let me. When I finally got a response, they said that my account was suspended because this purchase was cancelled. I know I paid for it right when I purchased it so I just wanted to contact you and see if you received the payment for it.

bertagirl @jenamber ..yes I received the payment awhile back when I last sent you a email.. Posh was sending me emails saying the transaction was "cancelled" because I didn't send it to you within the 5 days? I emailed them to say I was having a problem with sending it because the prepaid label they sent was not accepted at 3 US post offices in my area? So I just paid and let them know it was already sent. I provided POSH with the tracking# too. They than emailed me saying were trying to get a hold of you to verify you received it. ? 2 days later I received the $ . Sorry so long .. Just wanted to cover everything.. Keep me posted ..

jenamber @bertagirl Thanks for the response. I'm new to Posh also so I am still trying to get things figured out. I was just concerned when they said my account was suspended because I had not paid for this item and got worried that you did not receive my payment. I sent them a message stating that I had received it and was very pleased and that I had paid immediately when it was purchased, but they are still asking me to pay for the item so I'm just a little confused. I suppose you should contact customer support to verify that it has been paid for and try to see if we could get the "cancelled" status changed. Please let me know if I need to contact them again for any reason, maybe we will figure it out eventually! Have a great day:)
