@kelsie_renee in my opinion you should and I do disclose EVERY detail of the item you're selling whether you think it's a big deal or not. I don't want to wear something with twisted elastic in it. Bits uncomfortable. I will re-list with full disclosure to try and re-coop some of the money I spent on this. It's principal more than the money really!

@kimberlysmall1 you can wear it with the elastic the way it is you paid what 12 dollars there is no rips not tears and the dress looks brand new! The elastic will do that when it is in the dryer! I stand by what I sell and if you would have went around this a different way I would have just gave you the money back but instead you have to be rude and hateful!
