@aleshiaxo - the arms are fitted & the body kind of fits loose but still form fitting. If that makes sense LOL. I wanted to wear it with tights but tried it on & I didn't like the deep vneck. I have broad shoulders & it made me look like a linebacker. If you have small arms this would be perfect.
