@brittneybox hi Brittney. Sorry to hear that you're in a bind with this situation. Unfortunately, I won't be going to Santana Row in San Jose, Ca where I bought the Gucci bag, anytime soon. I used to work in San Jose which is about 50miles away from my home but now I work much closer going the opposite direction from San Jose. What I will try to do for you though is to look for that old receipt. I'll do my best ok. But for now, enjoy the bag when you receive it. It's truly a great buy!!!
