bittysweens @spartangurl It could be worn as a dress I think if you're on the shorter side. I'm 5'1 and it probably hits around my hips but I have big hips. So I think on someone with smaller hips it could be worn as a dress probably.

bittysweens @vidaes my hips are too big so it doesn't look the way it should on me. But I can tell you if you're my height than you can wear it with leggings or opaque tights. It would look adorable. But could also be worn with jeans. Very versatile. :)
