MAKE ME AN OFFER! Electric blue, one-strapped prom dress. Top is rouged silk, bottom is all sequins. Beautiful rhinestone beading on strap. Small train. Worn ONCE. Size 8 (prom dresses fit small, I am a size 6 normally) Very minor makeup stains on the INSIDE neckline. Great condition!
