@tiatia826 it does have an elastic waist but the fabric of the skirt draped over it do that it's not obvious.. Want more pics?...for $25, this skirt, the Levi jeans, Margaret O'Leary sweater and the tights/ pantyhose package... Really trying to clean out my closet and I have my eye on a Bailey 44 dress:-)
