yvetteglvr7 @toy0398 I mailed it on the 24th, I agree it's been to long. I contacted the post office they couldn't give me the where abouts on this package. They are investigating it. I will resend the original shipping information and the new case number to your email. This way u can call to verify what I'm telling u. They will have information by 5pm tomorrow. Depending on what they say we will take it from there. I apologize for the inconvenience.

yvetteglvr7 @toy0398 Update: I spoke to the post office today they told me to call back tomorrow. They are verifying where the package was shipped to. Once again u can call to verify all of this. I will call them on my break tomorrow.

Before I issue a refund I rightfully want to know what happened to my merchandise.My post office is waiting on yours in Texas to verify who received this item. They will be contacting me in the next few days. We will proceed from there.

toy0398 You are suppose to keep me informed. The problem is on your end. I am the "customer" so it is not my problem. The package never arrived at the post office. Two weeks is long enough for a customer to wait. All that matters is that I did not receive merchandise that I gladly paid for. Whatever happen to the merchandise is between you and the post office.

My post office has already verified what date, truck & post office this item went to. Your post office is the one taking their time with this matter. If they lost the item I will be giving u a refund so in all fairness please be patient. It has only been 5 days since you contacted me with this matter.
