The biggest problem are the arms...can u measure and see it'll it goes up to 15 inches?

@ch33ri0s- unrolled all the way the sleeves measure 19.5"- so you could roll up as far as you wanted to make a three quarter length or longer look. You meant from arm pit to hand correct?
