this is one of my favorite dresses my baby girl wore, it says 3-6 months size, I would say that is accurate, but to be safe I always recommend buying as if baby will grow into something. This is a designer brand, and very hard to come by. The waste of the panties is extremely stretchy and very very soft. Excellent loved condition.
