This layer hangs lower and close to the body. -Top layer is very oversized with dolman 3/4 sleeves with banded cuffs and a sharkbite hem. -Super soft Hatchi knit has lots of stretch. -The grey color has a blue hue to it. -This could easily be worn as a dress.
