@lisaharper616 hi apologies for the delay, yes there is elastic in the waist and stretches approx. An additional 2-3 ,inches. The small waist is approx. 24 in w/o stretching and the medium is approx 26 inches w/o stretching. Let me know if you need additional info. 🤗
