SMUGGLERS MOON MENS JEANS DISTRESSED ARTIST SPLATTER/PATCH LOOK HTF SZ 33W

Reposhing this item I purchased from @murphyscloset and it was totally misrepresented and I closed out the sale not thinking to check the actual size it was listed as a 33 but it’s actually a 38 so I got ripped off totally. Please purchase these from me as they are useless im a 33 not a 38 and I got scammed it sucks I’m just attempting to get my money back and please boycott the above seller they new what they were doing I firmly believe as the pants are clearly marked 38/33 I’m not thrilled and won’t be purchasing from poshmark again till I sell these pants I’m a huge purchaser and I got stuck with them yes I guess I will accept my part I should of checked the size before I closed the sale but I was checking for manufactures defects thinking I didn’t have to check size If I don’t sell em I won’t be back to poshmark I’m just attempting to get what I have into them back. I work hard for my money and it shcks go for the second time but somethjng misrepresented by a seller kinda has me jaded and that’s a a shame I’ve spent a lot of my hard earned money on poshmark and bnever had a problem till my last two sales I guess I’m screwed at this point but it won’t happen again I know this I haven’t worn them they are in good if not great condition just sold under the wrong size Questions?
