SML Design Knit Blouse With Decorations

This is a blouse by SML Design. There is a waist tie on it. The neck and end of the sleeves are decorated with a few different types of accents. It is marked as size M and is about 26 inches long and 19 inches pit to pit. There is some lint and some piling though it may just be the way the fabric was made.
