SLNY Women's Navy Dress with Sheer Shoulder Overlay - size 12

This is a very flattering and easy to wear dress. The dress part is made of a very stretching comfy material and is fully lined (quality). The overlay is a see-through fluttery fabric with shoulder revealing slits. It's the cut of this overlay that makes it really flattering. There are navy-colored gemstones at the top of the shoulders for an elegant touch. Great for a mother-of-the-bride/groom dress! It was only worn once to a wedding.
