SLNY Black Dress with White Floral Edging

This dress is from Macy's, designed by SLNY. It's a size 22 but runs small. (Hence why I ordered the 22 in the first place!) It's a cotton/polyester blend, with the top being a stretchy polyester featuring ruching and a deep v neck. The skirt is a satiny cotton with a white cotton lace border and white embroidery. The underskirt is a solid black with a bit of a crinoline style to it, giving the skirt a bit of structure and poof. Worn only maybe twice and been sitting in my closet since getting it back from the dry cleaners.
