New, and has not been removed from the plastic protective sleeve. This is a pretty unicorn-inspired brush with an iridescent twisted handle, silver ferrule with the signature SLMG rhinestone accents, and super-soft synthetic vegan white-to-purple bristles. This brush can be used for cheek products such as blush, bronzer, and highlighter, as well as anywhere you need a small amount of powder or other makeup product. I love SLMG brushes, and this one is so cute(!), but I have just collected too many makeup brushes.
