These are USED but Over half full. Retails at $45. This brand is made by Dr. Sandra Lee aka Dr. Pimple Popper. It has many many success stories. I have extras that i do not need so trying to give to someone for a discounted price. This would be good for someone who would like to try out the item before paying full price!!
