@leaannmartin13 hi! Yes it’s brand new with tags. Has some stretch to it but not much. It’s also very soft thin material. Super cute top.
I would say Skims bodysuits generally run true to size.

@leaannmartin13 I just uploaded the size chart from the skims website! Skims items are tricky cause sometimes it’s better to stay true to size and sometimes better to size up. I personally size up in all skims items. But that’s cause I have a larger bust 🤷🏽♀️
