lenavieboutique @pamela_novick Hi Pamela. I’m so sorry to hear this. It upsets me tremendously. I’m at a loss. I did everything I could from my end. I even contacted them. My only thinking is, that they are waiting for the transaction to process in full?. Have you heard from them directly? Also, did you contact Poshmark Support directly/privately about this?

lenavieboutique @pamela_novick If you haven’t, I would do so as soon as possible and state at the top of the message. This is an emergency and it’s urgent. I will try to write them them again within our bundle purchase. This is absurd and I’ve never heard of this happening before. You can’t buy anything on Poshmark at all? When you hit to go purchase something, what does it say? Please let me know and keep me posted so i can assist you in resolution of this with them.
