This is a high quality counter top masticating juicer. The process uses slow speeds to "chew" the food into juice. This process is the best at preserving the nutrients. Easy to put together and tear apart for cleaning. I misplaced the juice spout plug (I removed it as it was annoying attached) it does not affect making juice. Just keep the collection container under the spout when juicing. Mesh basket is in perfect condition. I only hand washed parts. This is clean and in amazing condition.
