Love this green floral dress with a pair of black strappy shoes for fall, or even the holiday season! Feels like silk. Tag says 100% cotton, but I think it's actually polyester. Either way, very soft and comfortable. Cute little ruffle on the high neck, can be worn buttoned all the way up or with the button open. Gathered puff sleeves, tiered skirt, fabric covered buttons all the way down. I bought this as an option for my daughter's school ring ceremony and ended up wearing something else instead.
