uspspink2023 @kenzieweaver543 Hello, I say a Med/Large. It will fit a Med with a looser fit. Im a Large and it fits but youl see the bump from behing...lol🤣with the neck hooked. If you wear it open either size works. Its a very nice piece. 💖 I'll do for $32
