THIS LOVELY 100% SILK (INCLUDING THE LINING!) 2-PART SLEEVELESS SHEATH DRESS BY CHRISTOPHER DEANE, SIZE 4, is gently pre-owned, in near-perfect condition, free of defects, damage, or signs of wear. The skirt is solid black, the bodice black and pale gray. An unusual feature of the bodice is the 2 broad attachments at the side seams that cross over in front and tie in the lower back (pictures #9 & 10). It has a 4.5" vent bottom rear center, is fully lined, and closes with a zipper in back. The fabric, outer and lining, is 100% silk. As is usually (always?) the case with fine silk garments, dry clean only is recommended. The stated size is 4, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 15.5"; waist 13.25"; hips 18"; hemline 18.75"; shoulder about 13.75" (approximate because the position of the straps can vary; length (in back, neckline to hem) 30.25".
