Hello Gorgeous! Like every seller, I have my own way of doing things. If you plan to do business with me this info will be useful :) -I ship every business day. I'm at the post office when they are open, so that excludes Sundays & holidays. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. -Items are packed in either bubble envelopes, water-proof envelopes, or boxes. I package as carefully as I can & usually throw in a little something extra for you. -If it turns out an item is out of stock or damaged, I'll contact you ASAP & offer a replacement or cancellation. The choice is yours. -If you wish to return something, you can do so if the item was misrepresented. Poshmark has a system for that. Just follow the prompts to open a case. You'll have to provide proof of your claim. If I feel that no error was made on my part I have the option to challenge & provide my own proof. These situations can be avoided by reading the description carefully & asking questions before checking out. -Offers are welcome. I love making deals but if your offer is 50% or less of asking price I won't accept it. Best not to waste your time. -Ratings are appreciated.
