Ptp 20.5, length 36.5” beautiful pastel floral pallet tan, pink, lavender and other purples. Very comfortable and flowy, not lined, true to size. I am a large and this is too big on me but made perfectly to fit an x large. Waist and cuff have elastic. At 5’5” just covers my knee.
