This is a SHEIN, size Large, two-tone blue, colorblock, tie front, cropped cardigan. Super cute but VERY cropped. Can add measurements if you'd like- just leave a comment! This Mama hopes to pass it on to the next cardigan lover. I wore it with a white tank underneath which complimented the blue tones a lot.
