SHEIN Soft Blue Knit Cardigan

Fluffy blue cardigan with pearl buttons and a soft, cozy feel. Ideal for casual wear. Ruffled at bottom hem and behind buttons. Excellent used condition. Never worn except for pictures. It’s seems small but is really stretchy. I’m 5’4” and 140 for reference.
