[SHEIN] Off the Shoulder Smocked Maxi💕

Super romantic style that is stretchy around the waist and sleeves from the smocked detail. It has two slits on each side of the dress. Since this brand is Chinese it runs super small. The tag says XL but I think this fit is better for someone who is XS to S and doesn’t have broad shoulders. Never worn.
