Elegant cream flowy dress. Long sleeves with ruffle cuffs and square neckline that can be worn up or off the shoulders. Makes for a versatile costume piece to use alone, under an overdress (listed separately) or other accessory. Bought on posh as a costume for a play, but did not end up wearing it.
