SHEIN Black and White Striped Swim Coverup Set

Crochet set from SHEIN Curve size 3X. One flaw being a stain on the left shoulder. This did not budge with a Tide pen, so I am assuming it is a set stain. The top has a button closure that can be worn open or closed.
