Flowy blue maxi dress with tie back. Adjusting the tie back also adjusts the straps. Bought for a beach maternity shoot, only wore once! For a SHEIN brand dress this is actually very good quality. Size medium, but the flowy fit and adjustable straps allow for a size up or down. Super lightweight, great for maternity shoot, travel, or even as a bathing suit cover up!
