SHAMBLES York - Art print by Jane Pearson UK artis

A nice print of The Shambles, York, by Jane Pearson.  Frame size: ~ 32 cm x 40 cm (height x width).  This appears to be a hand made ink and watercolour print,  as the colours seem to have been applied in stages rather than on a computer printer (no dots visible at x42 magnification)?.  The signature is part of the print and is not in pencil.  There are quite a few minor scratches on the original frame - see photos - all of which are not very noticeable at arms.
