Helloooo 80s! I bought this a while back with the earrings to match. This says 1983 vintage rock. Selling as a set! 3/4 inch sleeve. Tag says S but I'm a M fits a little more like a Medium to me so S/M pair this with some light jeans or a fun hot pink bag.
