Reposhing this item I purchased from @mslisabelle99. Loved it, but it didn't fit me well. As someone who usually wears a Medium, I'd recommend this to someone Small who wants a little room to spare. There is even a cool whistle on the front zipper. Questions? Leave a comment below!
