sweetstyle56 @queenposhnb I totally understand, everyone must do what they think is best for them! maybe because i have a relatively small closet and as you know, is mostly jewelry 🤔 don't want to change so I can make their algorithm happy. the S&S is a lovely concept but i end up buying so everyone has a sale and/or buying things I really don't need... I always end up spending more than I make 🥹

peggy1658 @sweetstyle56 This is not the end of the changes. There will be more and more things they want you to pay for. Also if you have a problem with a buyer the algorithm and ai sides with the buyer. Posh no longer sides with their seller. I guess they think they will get the buyer to keep shopping on posh. It will get worse. I'm positive down the line posh will be sold off for whatever remains. That's what $ people do. They take all they can and walk away. No social on posh makes for less problems.

peggy1658 @sweetstyle56 Yeah it would. Don't know many young people who would want to do it for no $ at the start. That's one of the things wrong with the world today. No one has vision and enthusiasm to bring a dream to life without someone handing them a pile of $ upfront.

sweetstyle56 @peggy1658 so true!! and I think only self shares show up in the feed, at least that's what I'm seeing... do you think community shares show up in the parties or again, just self shares?? I think share groups are useless now but I know I'm in the minority here! ha! what else is new?! 🤣

peggy1658 @sweetstyle56 I agree w/you that share groups do nothing. I still don't know where those shares go. I'm not sure about self shares either. I think whatever is shared to a party shows up there. I think that's really the only shares that matter. I don't know how long I'm going to keep participating in games. They take up so much time. If we could get a definitive answer from posh that would be great. But I don' think AI knows how to do that. I've heard they have replaced many humans w/ai.

sweetstyle56 @peggy1658 it is frightening 🫣 I have seen my self shares show up under brand categories. wasn't sure about community shares, at all! I'm definitely cutting back. maybe the few games I do I'll share at night to the 10pm EST party... if you think they'll show up?!

peggy1658 @sweetstyle56 I have no idea. I'm just guessing at everything. Logically, i would think if you shared to a party your items will show up. That's where people would go to buy those things. Especially the things with host picks. in my humble opinion, i think these parties are the only thing that will get your items out there.Like the jacket and coat party today. that will get those items out there, People looking for that item will go there. this is all just my opinion. Time will tell.

bell1971 @sweetstyle56 I have no idea what to do with my LIPPIE share/follow game. I mean what’s the point anymore ? I’m sad. I worked really hard at that game over the years. Heck I’m not even sure where the shares go that I share from my closet. Been on Poshmark since 2017 and I have enjoyed the “social aspect”. I don’t sell high end items and I’m afraid my items will never show up ….where to go from here?? I have no idea 😞😞😞

peggy1658 @bell1971 Share your items to the individual post parties. I think that's the best bet. I agree. I liked the social aspect. Haven't been on as long as you just since 2022, but it was nice to be able to ask people how posh worked and make friends. No other side has a social aspect. I feel they are trying to get rid of that because it will eliminate some problems and they can have ai do more. I just had a problem with a seller. it took over 24 hours for them to come back and give a generic answer.

peggy1658 @bell1971 (2). And they sided with the buyer who has only been on posh since april 2025. This is all so cold and in human.This is what's happening with ai because it's not being regulated. companies think they can get rid of people and salaries and benefits by getting ai. Of course I have no proof of any of this.i could be right or wrong. It's just my educated guess from working in large corporations. I've seen this kind of thing happen all the time.
