@arden_bb I wore it at the waist (mine is 27 inches) and it was fitted, but not too tight. ( it is not stretchy though) Also the waist is adjustable with three buttons so it can be loosened and the side clip can also be loosened or tightened to fit an exact measurement. Hope this helps!
