SCAMMERS????

I hate doing stuff like this but can anyone tell me if these poshers are scammers? I made an order from one of them and they marked it as shipped and it’s been a week and have not gotten any shipping/tracking info from them…. I can’t cancel the order since it’s marked shipped & I keep contacting them and have only gotten a reply saying “they’ll check for updates”….. the reviews seems nice but I’m not experiencing the good review…. Please help!!!! Poshmark also won’t do anything because it’s been marked shipped. @openforvintage @ofvarchieve Ps I also messaged them on their IG!!!!
