Yup got scammed again... Looks like she is underage. Not sure if I should contact her police station or write her parents in the mail? I still have her address. I think she deleted her account this morning. She received my items, rated them badly, canceled my order i bought from her and then deleted her account. If anyone sees her new account please tag me. If anyone has any advice on what to do please comment. Thanks

jess8994 Some girls have had them go get their stuff back. There's also a form online called an ic3 form it's for Internet theft and fraud and I think you can press charges for theft through the police department since you have her name and address and all that

christinaam166 @jess8994 Alright I just wasn't sure if the police could do that since it was done over online. I heard the form thing takes forever. But I'm deffanitly going to try to look up her local police department number and give that a shot today. People are ridiculous! I thought I was good since she had multiple trading feedback but I guess not :(

jess8994 I've got to the point that if I haven't traded with someone then I ask them to ship first and I ship when I receive it. People are grimy 😡 it makes me so mad I don't understand how they think it's ok to do that!! Like how were you raised?! Ugh so irritating I'm sorry you have to go through this. christinaam166 @jess8994 Yeah well I think that's what I'm going to start doing since this is the second time it's happened and I have all great reviews. I don't get why people do it either. I work hard for the things I own, theft is not cool to me. I'll deffanitly will be praying for her lol I'm getting on now to see if I can find her police station number.

I'm going to my police station today to file a report. The guy I talked to in Tennessee said if I had my police station call them, they would try and get my things back. Since I got her name, picture and address. I just feel disgusted I even have to do something like this

I posted one pic of the dress she sent because I was on my way out and it was in the evening so the lighting wasn't the best. So I took more this morning in the daylight. I'm just worried because she blocked me and she said it looked nothing like the dress. I've never traded before

It just ruins everything.I seen the pictures on your profile, there's no way she didn't know those stains were on there. And it sounds to me like she knew since she blocked you. I'm not sure if there's anything you can do but I would make a post about her, with her picture to let people know. I'll even comment on one of her pictures, if you want?

bkast44 @christinaam166 thanks so much!! And I've been selling in ebay for years and as a seller it makes no sense to jeopardize your reputation for a couple dollars? I think in your case you should definitely call her police department. At least even if she is young she will learn her lesson and you might get your stuff back.

But yeah I already called her police department, I just got to go to mine today. I just hope it scares her so she won't do it again but I do hope I get my items back.

tonyaflavell I wouldnt even trade. I have seen so many of these scams on here. Ive have started to video and also take pictures of what i send, as im packaging it. Ive even been tempted to just take it to post office and box up there, because its all on camara.
