toryshop @adriannabg My Sister in PM, I'd just started Video taping entire shipping process/Sale/2 delivery! "Cover ur butt!" But still had 2 reach out beyond R Customer Service 4 help/2R CEO! But he truly looked & believed, B/C of the pics I had! A lg order of Kylie items were mailed & I was SHOCKED that CS approved a refund? On the sale? The return Products were intentionally destroyed! Profanity written all over the box? How & Why was a refund approved in 1st place? @toryshop💞

toryshop @adriannabg I so wish there was at least a part-time live Customer Service team! I know it would sure mean so much, to many of us. adriannabg @toryshop I completely agree that at some point live CS reps need to be available for some cases. I have drastically cut back my inventory on posh. (Document everything)
