nidrojmn@ myab claims she isn't a scammer and yet she claims her mom sent my item in the "blue box" & I'm like wtf is that and she's talking about the blue usps mailbox - this is the last thing she said to me on the 29th though email - "It's a thing out side of the post office and you can ship when the post offince is closed they just don't give a recite and you have no tracking so it sucks and your mail gets lost easier ๐๐" like this is the dumbest excuse I've ever heard. I can't believe anyone would be stupid enough to send a package in a mailbox without having paid for shipping and processing. so she's a terrible liar or the dumbest person on earth along with her "mom" ๐ she took all her listings down before I could get a screenshot of it. I hope I'm not screwed. she lives in the same state as me though so I told her id retrieve my item back that I sent her myself, I hope she owns up to her actions!

new_2_u_floridaThis is great I was scammed by someone I traded with before and we also bought from one another but on 1/23/15 she asked me to trade several items and I have yet to receive anything from her but excuses. She blocked me and now she's no longer her acct I saw make a new one and she's not using that one. I found out she was arrested for grand larceny and illegal possession of a shopliftingdevice so I contacted her arresting officer. I also filed a mail fraud complaint form online. Should I talk to my local police as well? I'd appreciate any help you could give me. I had a listing about her but PoshMark removed it. It was over $1200 retail

brookeeee@paulascloset14 I'm so sorry to hear this๐ my advice would be to gather any proof that you have and either take it into your police department a and they will point you in the right direction or you could find the detective in your area that is in charge of these things and contact them. Just make sure you have any and all proof. It's usually a long process but definitely worth it in the end.

tabbyruleI went to my local police department about a scammer on Vinted and they said there is nothing I could do because in order for anything to be done I would have to be in their state or they would have to come to mine. They also said most police stations don't accept reports through a call (because they don't) so in order to even tell an officer/detective in her area I would once again need to go to her state.

jay20three@crystal64 thank you!! I out in a computer crimes case but they say it could take a long time. I'll try and contact the police in her state but my detective on my case said it wouldn't be helped really even with all my evidence ๐ญ in sorry u were scammed as well

meikoh@jinnyduong hey love...me 2๐ญ i went to the Walnut sherrifโs dep. but the sherrif i dealt w/ did help me ask about cyber crimes dep. N told me to gather all the chats, docs, post, etc. Print it all out, all info i had, n bring it to her. She filed it into the system, n forward everything to Bradenton, FL, where my scammer is. N she said they will take care of it from there...but also best for me to call that cityโs police dep to make sure they r moving along w/the report๐

sarina00752@mermaiddesiree scammed me out of $50. She received the item I sent her and then opened a return case, posting a photo of a random skirt with the packaging I used. Little does she know that the post office and Poshmark have the actual weight of the package as it went through shipping, which is significantly heavier than a little skirt. I will be reporting her to her local police department and filing a fraud report. Thank you for all the links!
