SAYLOR Katrina Floral Mini Skirt

Smocked at the waist and hips and with a tiered hemline, this Katrina mini skirt by SAYLOR is made of 100% cotton. It features a dreamy floral print in pink, blue, and white. It's in excellent used condition with no flaws. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure a good fit. They were taken on the front of the skirt with it laid flat. Note that, due to the wide band of elastic smocking, the skirt can expand much further to accommodate larger dimensions than shown in the first two measurements.
