This is a cute stretch-fit off shoulder top by SANS SOUCI. No fabric tags, but this is medium-weight puckered stretch fit fabric in tan camo print. Item is adorned with iridescent sequins throughout. Can be worn on or off the shoulders. Approximate unstretched measurements are 26 inches at bust, 24 inches at waist, 13 inches in length. Mannequin measures 34C at bust, 26” at waist.
