this is a very dark navy blue. has shirt sleeves. has a crewed v neckline. then the material gathers and then flows out right under the chest area ans all around. this is called peplum. the hemline is seamless so the hemline does tend to curl all around. this top is longer in the back by 4 inches. I do see some fuzziness all around mostly in the top area but nothing that would stop me from wearing. found no issues or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements in pictures. measurements laying flat with no stretch. rack B, section C
